Breckenridge is a large ski resort in Colorado, USA. It is famous for having the highest located ski lift in the USA, the Imperial lift that takes you up to Peak 8 at 3,962 meters above sea level and the Freeway Terrain Park which is one of the coolest halfpipes in the country.

Breckenridge offers a variety of different types of slopes and is an ideal destination in case your travel party consists of skiers and snowboarders of different abilities. The lower regions offer many green and blue slopes and higher up you will find significantly steeper slopes.

It is also known for its many parks.

The resort is a cozy ski resort, characterized by many colorful wooden houses from the late 19th century. Incredibly charming and cozy! The range of activities and dining options is great and you are sure to find something that fits.

The season runs from November to April, depending on weather. Normally, the amount of snow is very large with an average yearly snow fall of eight meters. Travel to Breckenridge by flying to Denver and continue by airport transfer all the way to the ski resort.
