Obersaxen Mundaun is located in the Swiss canton of Grisons (or Graubünden) and if you are thinking of booking a ski trip to Obersaxen Mundaun you have come to the right place. The season in Obersaxen Mundaun normally starts in mid December to start April.
In Obersaxen Mundaun you will find 15 lifts with a lift capacity of 19820 passengers/hour. There are 120 kilometer of groomed pistes in total, divided into 60 kilometer blue pistes, 40 kilometer red pistes and for the more experienced skiers, 20 kilometer black pistes. The vertical drop is at most 1109 meter and the highest served area by the ski lift system is at 2310 meter. Here you can also find some really long pistes, the longest one is 15 kilometers.
Do you like to sleeping in in the morning? No problem, in Obersaxen Mundaun there is the possibility of night skiing, so you will still get your fair share of skiing if you like. For snowboarders or the more adventurous skiers, there is also access to a fun park, as well as a halfpipe facility.
If you have family members or others in your party who are not interested in down hill skiing, there are cross-country skiing tracks available at a total length of 13 kilometers. For those of you who want to try something new (probably), there is also a toboggan run here that is open to the public, as well as prepared trails for winter hiking.
