Stryn, Norway

Stryn is famous for summer skiing. People have been skiing here during the summer since the 1930s. During the 1980’s and 1990’s the village underwent some major modernization projects and is now of excellent condition. Many skiers find that Stryn summer skiing is the best in Europe, even better than in the Alps due to better ski slopes, better snow conditions and more beautiful surroundings.

There are currently three lifts and eight pistes, including 1 blue, 1 black and 6 red. There is an area for children and beginners at the foot of the mountain, served by a ski lift built in 2007.
