Large ski resort that caters for everyone’s needs
Although Crystal Mountain is the largest ski resort in the state of Washington, it is still of convenient size and perfect for both a short or long stay. The ski system consists of eleven lifts and 57 slopes of various difficulty. The majority of the slopes will attract the moderate to advanced skier but there are also a good range of slopes for beginners.Spending your ski holiday in Crystal Mountain means that you can enjoy also other activities than skiing. Since the gondola was introduced a few years ago, it is now possible to climb to the top of Crystal Mountain and enjoy the stunning views of Mount Rainier. At the top you will find a restaurant which offers both food, drinks and entertainment. You really shouldn’t miss out visiting it during your stay as the panoramic views are magnificent. The trip to the summit takes about ten minutes and the lift is in use all year round.Flights, bus or car?
The easiest way of travelling to Crystal Mountain is to take a flight to Seattle and continue by renting a car. There are also some coaches running from Seattle at certain times of the year.Since Crystal Mountain is located quite close to Seattle, it is possible to visit just for a day or a weekend.
